## How we work

Every project is scoped and priced individually. There are no flat fees, no published tiers, and no productized retainers. The standard sales flow is:

1. **Discovery Audit (free)** — we score the prospect's current Website, SEO, Google Business Profile, Reviews, and Social presence on a 1–5 scale and deliver a written report with a 90-day improvement roadmap.
2. **Proposal** — dual-option anchoring with a Premium (full transformation) and Standard (focused redesign) path. Both priced custom based on the audit scope.
3. **Engagement** — 50% deposit to start, 50% on approval for one-time builds. Recurring services (managed hosting, social content, ads) are billed monthly per the written proposal.
